Tootsies as Warm as Toast!!!

If you're now in places like the UK, Ireland, the US or Europe, it can get bitterly cold this time of the year and if you're like my associate Jodi who is currently on assignment in the US, when the cold kicks in she becomes especially uncomfortable.
